We may collect Personal Information when you enter data for new products and services or use our products and services.  We may share your Personal Information with affiliates and third parties in accordance with the practices set forth in the Elements Privacy Policy.

Elements Financial Card Control App

The Elements Financial Card Control App periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to enable features that prevent fraudulent card use and send alerts, but only if the End User expressly authorizes the collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the Solution is being used or not at all, depending on the End User’s selection. End Users can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.

Zelle®

Your contact names, emails, and phone numbers may be shared with Zelle® to help make it easier to find and pay people you trust. This information is used to prepopulate forms when adding a Zelle® contact for the purpose of making a payment to someone you know. This information is not shared with any other party or used for any other purposes. You can turn off Contact permissions within the Elements Mobile Banking app settings at any time.

We use the following third-party advertising vendors that use cookies to show you our ads across the Internet based on your past visits to our website or your previous web browsing behavior. 

Google Ads & Analytics

  • Google Ads — We use advertising products offered by Google Ads, potentially including Google Paid Search, Google Display, and YouTube.
