Who is Brittnie?
Brittnie is a Member Solutions Specialist at Elements. Her top five CliftonStrengths—Adaptability, Consistency, Relator, Woo, and Communication—allow her to meet members where they are, deepen relationships, and find the best solutions to their financial troubles.
What does Brittnie do?
Her role involves helping members open new accounts, apply for loans, or reconcile/review our products. She is currently our only Solutions Specialist at Elements, and she’s available to all members through the Contact Center.
When did Brittnie join Elements?
Brittnie was referred by a close friend and current Elements employee over two years ago. Before joining the banking industry, Brittnie worked in healthcare. She says, “After going through a pandemic working in the healthcare field, I felt that I needed to change my course of work, and banking is the best!”
Why does Brittnie enjoy working at Elements?
For Brittnie, the hybrid work environment, the trust and independence in her role, and her incredible team all contribute to making work truly enjoyable. Each day, she uses her strengths to communicate effectively with members and remains consistent in how she helps them.
“Everyone gets the best service and expertise regardless of age, gender, balances, tenors with Elements, etc. I communicate clearly and set expectations with my members so they aren’t left wondering, “What’s next?” she exclaims.
Where can we find Brittnie?
Outside of Elements, Brittnie loves spending time with family. With her two small boys and an outdoorsy husband, she is usually out camping or traveling to her home away from home—her condo in Florida and Disney World. She also enjoys crafting in her free time. Any craft you can think of, she’s either done or has the supplies to complete it!
What are some “fun facts” about Brittnie?
- Brittnie has her motorcycle license! She enjoys riding and hopes to get back to it one day.
- Though she never thought that she would have children, Brittnie is now raising two boys and considers motherhood one of her greatest achievements.
- Brittnie has no plans of leaving her role anytime soon! She never saw herself working outside of healthcare, but when she finally made the career shift to banking, she realized it was for the better in more ways than one. “I am so appreciative of Elements and plan to be here until I retire one day,” she shares.
