Elements Financial and multiple other financial institutions recently received news about the abrupt closure of a vendor known as ATM Solutions. With no advance notice to its clients nationally, this provider and servicer of ATMs ceased operations earlier this month, leaving 30+ Elements ATMs in our service areas without necessary support and cash replenishments. As a result of this supplier disruption, you will find those ATMs and others operated by our competitors temporarily out of service.
Rest assured, we pride ourselves on providing global access and a seamless experience to our members. We are working diligently to secure an agreement with a new ATMs provider as soon as possible. We will publish updates as they become available.
Meanwhile, members can continue using other cash machines within our expansive network of 90,000+ surcharge-free ATMs, searchable here.
PLEASE NOTE: Many other credit unions and bank competitors are dealing with similar challenges. Some ATMs that you locate using the search engine may also be out of order.
