A system upgrade will begin this Sunday, April 27 at 10:00pm Eastern time and continue into Monday morning at 2:00am Eastern. During this time, you might experience delays in accessing your Elements' accounts. Specifically, you could experience the following during the hours of the upgrade:

Access to online and mobile banking will be paused.

Debit card transactions will be limited to $1,000.

Money transfer platforms such as Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash App will be unable to connect to your Elements accounts.
